At Aiwi, we are committed to creating quality software that enhances your business or professional life. We appreciate your choosing us and value your feedback. Thank you for your support!

To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following policy for situations where we may fall short of your expectations:

  1. Monthly Subscriptions If you are dissatisfied at any point during your first month using our service, please reach out to us. We will make every effort to address your concerns, provide a workaround, or give you a timeline for a solution that meets your needs. If you remain unsatisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.
  2. Annual Subscriptions Aiwi does not require an annual subscription to access our services. We believe in giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. If you opt for an annual upfront commitment, we offer a significant discount compared to our already low monthly subscription rates.

    If at any time during your first 45 days using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your concerns, provide a workaround, or give you a timeline for a solution that meets your needs. If you're still not satisfied, we will gladly provide you with a full refund for your purchase and downgrade your account to the free plan.

    We want you to be happy with our service throughout the entire duration of your contract, not just during the initial 30 days (for monthly subscriptions) or 45 days (for annual subscriptions). Therefore, if at any point during your contract we remove, break, or discontinue any functionality that was available when you signed up, please notify us immediately. If we fail to address the issue within the promised timeline or cannot provide a satisfactory workaround for the discontinued functionality, we will offer you a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your contract.


Auto-Renewal

For your convenience, both your monthly and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew until you decide to cancel the service. Before your subscription renews, we will send you an email detailing the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Additionally, after each renewal, you will receive a receipt via email that specifies the amount deducted, along with the next renewal date and the upcoming renewal amount.

We understand that sometimes customers may forget to cancel a subscription they no longer want before being charged. Therefore, you can cancel your subscription within five business days after your renewal date for monthly subscriptions, or within fifteen days after your renewal date for annual subscriptions, and you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that we cannot entertain refund requests, including any requests for pro-rated refunds, after these specified periods

Exception to our Refund Policy

There will be strictly no refund (FULL OR PRO-RATED) in cases where your account is terminated or suspended or blocked by Aiwi for activities that are in violation of our Terms of Service including, but not limited to phishing, impersonation, fraud, and violation of any applicable laws.
